History of how I was made an Addict intentionally by a DR.

 Shoulder injury

Sometime in March, one Monday morning I awoke with an unbearable pain in my left shoulder, I described it as  if someone took a cow bar into my back, I had muscle spasms that shot down my left arm and radiated up into my jaw.

Let me start off, with I'm insured, that's another issue altogether, but to summarize, my husband is self employed, I'm a stay home wife and mother and since the Affordable Care Act, we can not , could not afford the crazy rates we were quoted for Security Health. so that said I tried to manage my own care.

Walk in to Er

Chiropractor  said I had aortic aneurism

back to er, ran tests

get records....

then made Dr appointment with Dr. Tuttle a neurologist....presecribed .....

follow up ....no pain, yes valium irirated, Liz witness told
